At Audemars Piguet, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Network Team Lead to join our IT department. This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our IT network team, ensuring the efficient functioning of our global network infrastructure, and providing technical guidance to team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of network engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Manage projects and initiatives related to IT networks, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members, assisting with complex problem-solving and ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
  • Oversee the administration and maintenance of our global network infrastructure, including configuration, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure the network is performant and available, managing all network incidents in accordance with our SLA.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures, including implementing and monitoring security measures to protect the integrity and confidentiality of our IT Network.
  • Collaborate with other teams, such as systems, cloud, security, and development, to support cross-functional projects and initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of IT Networks, configurations, procedures, and processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure continuity of operations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and efficiency enhancements within the IT network environment.
  • Establish and maintain IT Governance, following policies and procedures to ensure alignment with the rest of the IT department.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within an IT environment, preferably managing a network team.
  • Strong technical expertise in networking protocols, firewall configuration, and configuration of network equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Project management experience, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and deliver results within deadlines.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, NSE) are a plus.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and results-oriented approach to managing OT operations.
  • ITIL certification is a must.
  • French and English are a must.
