Kanadevia Inova is seeking a seasoned Site Scaffolding and Lifting Coordinator to lead HSEQ initiatives and drive a culture of safety excellence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of ensuring compliance with safety regulations, conducting thorough risk assessments, and developing effective strategies to mitigate hazards.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HSEQ initiatives to ensure all scaffold and lifting activities comply with safety standards.
- Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and develop corrective action plans.
- Collaborate with contractors to ensure efficient execution of work and minimize disruptions.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, risk assessments, and safety measures.
Requirements
- CISRS Advanced scaffolding inspection certification.
- 1 Day temporary works accredited training course completion.
- Experience in a similar role on large construction projects.
- Familiarity with relevant HSEQ legal and management system requirements.
- Valid Safety Contractors Certificate (SCC), Safepass (ROI), CSCS or CCNSG card or equivalent.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
