Our new startup company, CHoNova AG, is focused on improving production efficiency in the chocolate industry. We are looking for a CEO and CTO to co-manage our business and drive innovation.

Qualification

The ideal candidates should have relevant experience in business administration or industrial production in the food industry. They should be interested in developing and managing our company together with the founders and have a proven track record of leading successful projects.

We offer exclusive access to patent-protected technology and devices developed in collaboration with ETH Zürich and ZHAW. Our partners in the industry have already tested prototypes and expressed interest in our solutions once we are ready to deliver.

In addition to leadership skills, the successful candidates should have an entrepreneurial mindset, excellent organizational skills, and knowledge of various business functions such as marketing, PR, and finance. They should also be able to interact professionally with customers and have marketing and sales skills.
