About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Test Management Specialist to lead our ROC test strategy and delivery across all delivery units. As a key member of our team, you'll develop, maintain, and implement the ROC test strategy and governance, define test processes, methods, and standards, and select and implement appropriate test tools and technologies.

Your Responsibilities
  • Test Strategy and Planning:
    • Develop, maintain, and implement the ROC test strategy and test governance for the program based on the bank's test strategy.
    • Define ROC test processes, methods, and standards.
    • Select and implement appropriate ROC test tools and technologies based on the bank's given standards.
  • Test Design and Execution on Program Level:
    • Define Test Scenarios, Test Data, and Test Cases for business process end-to-end tests across all delivery units covering functional and non-functional requirements.
    • Strive for efficiency, synergies with focus on test case re-use and test automation.
    • Create and maintain test plans in coordination with the business responsible and the delivery units.
  • Program Level Coordination and Management:
    • Communicate test requirements and results to stakeholders.
    • Coordinate end-to-end tests across all sub-projects.
    • Ensure the availability and consistency of test data for end-to-end testing.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Conduct regular reviews and audits of test processes and methods.
    • Monitor the usage and effectiveness of deployed test tools.
    • Ensure compliance with testing standards and best practices.

As a senior professional, you will have strong technical skills, analytical skills, business acumen, management and leadership skills, communication skills, and soft skills. Your expected qualifications are a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field and at least 7 years of professional experience in software testing and quality assurance.
