We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Portfolio Management Specialist to join our team at CH10 - BJB Bank Julius Baer & Co. Ltd.

We are expanding our credit portfolio management activities and capabilities, looking for a talented professional who can lead and drive forward various initiatives.
Job DescriptionThis role will perform recurring and ad-hoc portfolio analyses and assume responsibility for projects related to credit portfolio management. You will take the operational lead on projects and drive the continuous enhancement of the credit policy landscape from a portfolio management perspective.
Key responsibilities include project management support, subject matter expertise, and interaction with stakeholders within the organization. You will identify regulatory and market trends and proactively suggest improvements to the credit portfolio roadmap.
You will also support senior management in administrative and business-related matters, such as preparation and review of presentations, ad-hoc research, and interacting with stakeholders.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor or Master degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related discipline. Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably within the banking industry, is required.
A strong conceptual understanding and quantitative skills, along with proficiency in MS Excel, are essential. Knowledge of SQL, R, Python, or similar tools is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to deliver high-quality results under pressure are necessary. The ability to work independently and proficiency in English and German are also required.
Estimated SalaryThe estimated salary for this role is around $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
