We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Partnerships Project Manager to join our team at Cartier. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring operational excellence across our retail network.

Sales and Performance
  • Drive sell-out, market share, and sell-in objectives in accordance with commercial agreements and objectives.
  • Monitor daily performance and commercial KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Foster strong relationships with our partners and provide cross-functional support to ensure seamless execution of commercial initiatives.
Network Development and Commercial Action Plan
  • Contribute to the development of our yearly business reviews and boutique action plans, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives.
  • Roll out omnichannel projects, including the implementation of new IT tools, POS re-openings, and boutique renovations.
  • Foster synergies between our POS and the wider network, driving business growth and customer engagement.
Operational Excellence and Compliance
  • Ensure that procedures are properly followed and applied, driving operational efficiency and compliance.
  • Guarantee the achievement of Maison Inventory and Audit objectives, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Implement new organizational structures to improve efficiency and deploy operational tools to support business growth.
Client Experiences and Services
  • Enhance customer culture and knowledge, improving the customer journey within our POS and network.
  • Coordinate customer events with partners, including manufacture visits and other bespoke experiences.
Marketing and Communication
  • Guarantee the proper product assortment with each POS, ensuring that it is respected and aligned with commercial objectives.
Requirements
  • Master's degree or equivalent.
  • 5 years of experience in a similar role is a must.
  • Fluent in English and German.
  • High level of knowledge of the Watch Industry is a must.
  • Excellent salesmanship to promote the Maison in a multi-brand environment.
  • Luxury product and retail sensibility.
  • Commercial experience in a boutique is a plus.
  • Expertise in Jewellery industry is a plus.
  • Good understanding of the competition landscape.
  • Digitally savvy with comprehensive analytical skills and perfect mastery of computer tools.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional projects and work with and influence senior external partners.
  • Strong organizational, negotiation, and partnership-building skills to create mutual value.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.
  • Support-oriented towards boutiques and partners.
  • Performance-driven.
  • Capacity to work retail hours, including weekends when needed.
  • Enjoys traveling and commuting on a weekly basis.
  • Expected average time split: 30% office, 70% on the field.
