We are seeking a motivated and skilled:
Senior Solution Designer and Delivery Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal customers, providing IT infrastructure services and handling customer demands.
- Administer customer-related documents and KPIs in designated applications.
- Coordinate customer-related activities with Key Account Managers.
- Design system architectures that meet business requirements and company standards.
- Present and defend architecture designs to the Security Validation Board.
- Propose improvements or extensions to the IT Infrastructure Service Portfolio.
- Coordinate the delivery process to implement designed solutions.
- Translate designed solutions into internal service offers for customers.
- Manage the delivery of IT infrastructure and services with involved IT teams.
- Coordinate IT Infrastructure change management projects with the business, internal IT departments, and external solution providers.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of customers' business requirements and ability to link them to IT Infrastructure portfolio.
- Excellent communication and team player skills, with the ability to mediate between different parties.
- Curiosity and proactivity, with a willingness to work in an international and multi-cultural environment.
Professional Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Sciences or engineering, or at least 5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure.
- Work experience as an IT Infrastructure generalist.
- Experience in service methodologies (ITIL).
- Good knowledge of IT and Hybrid Cloud architectures.
- Good knowledge of IT Network and Security concepts applied in a Datacenter environment.
- Certificates in Cloud Azure, Network & Security, Palo Alto, or Fortinet are a plus.
Language Requirements:
- Fluency in French (mandatory).
- Good knowledge of English (written and spoken).
- Knowledge of German is a plus.
