- Performing repairs and troubleshooting according to Rimowa standards and coordinating with the client care department when necessary.
- Maintaining the organization of the workshop, including machinery and tool upkeep.
- Communicating with clients regarding repairs and providing advice on various products.
- Meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) for turn-around time and quality standards.
- Fostering long-term relationships with clients through effective collaboration and communication.
Additional duties involve loading and unloading materials, as well as performing tasks related to material handling such as counting, weighing, sorting, packing, and unpacking for the service & repair department requirements.
