Job Summary:
Senior CRM Solution Architect ServiceMax is a key role at ONE Agency | IT Recruitment Experts, requiring an experienced professional with expertise in designing and implementing scalable technical solutions based on the Salesforce.com platform and ServiceMax product.

About the Role:
As a Senior CRM Solution Architect ServiceMax, you will be responsible for creating tailored concepts that turn abstract business requirements into comprehensive solutions. You will work closely with our client to drive innovations around Salesforce.com and ServiceMax, consulting on new release features and increasing system capabilities offered to the business within a global template.

Your Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable technical solutions based on Salesforce.com platform and ServiceMax product
- Build, test, and deploy classes, triggers, lightning components, visualforce pages, and ServiceMax functionality
- Manage web services' API integrations with internal and third-party systems
- Cover recurrent topics like administration, customization, migration, and 3rd level support

Your Profile:
- University degree in Informatics, Business Informatics, or similar
- Detailed knowledge of common integration methods through APIs (Web Services, oData, etc.) and a proven track record over 7+ years of development expertise in various projects for a similar business or consultancy
- Ability to quickly capture abstract business requirements and create a tailored concept
- Familiarity with programming methods: APEX, Java, JSON, XML, SOQL, ANT, GIT, and potentially HTML and CSS
- Ideally hold the Salesforce DEV401 and DEV502 certificate
- Knowledge about process integration to SAP is an advantage
- Strong communication skills and assertiveness, with responsibility, proactive approach, autonomy, and good self- and time-management
- Very good English skills and willingness to travel up to 20%
