Data and Analytics Product Manager

The Data and Analytics Product Manager will play a key role in driving business growth and innovation by leading the development and implementation of data-driven solutions. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver analytics projects that meet business needs and drive strategic decision-making.
Key Accountabilities- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs.
- Lead the delivery of analytics projects, ensuring timely, within-budget, and high-quality results.
- Ensure that project work meets contractual service levels and quality standards.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and serve as a single point of contact for project-related matters.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and status.
- Develop and maintain standards for development tools, platforms, and methodologies to ensure efficiency, quality, and consistency.
- Communicate with line managers to ensure resource allocation and monitor team performance.
- Lead the implementation of solutions with third-party vendors, ensuring alignment with project strategy and business case.
- Analyze and troubleshoot critical delivery issues with globally distributed teams.
- Facilitate testing and implementation of contingency plans to ensure application availability.
- Manage stakeholder communication throughout project delivery.
- Develop change and release documentation to support change management processes.
- 7+ years of experience in BI and Analytics domain.
- Proven experience in delivering end-to-end Data Analytics solutions across multiple technologies.
- Extensive experience with MS SQL and Azure cloud technologies; Oracle is an advantage.
- Ability to identify risk, probability, impact, and mitigation strategies.
- Capacity to manage multiple, concurrent projects, activities, and tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to maintain stakeholder confidence in decision-making processes.
- Robust leadership skills and relationship management with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactive team player with effective time management skills and ability to work independently.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written; any additional European language is an advantage.
- Degree in Computer Science, IT/IT management, or a comparable qualification in a technology or engineering discipline.
EU Passport or Right to work in Switzerland.
