Job Description

We are seeking a talented Analytics Engineer to join our Data Platform & Product team. As a key member of our team, you will design and develop analytics domains according to business priorities, following Data Mesh principles. You will collaborate with data engineers, analytics engineers, and data product owners to define and realize data objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop analytics domains according to business priorities
  • Support functional domains in their data ownership journey
  • Collaborate with data engineers, analytics engineers, and data product owners to define and realize data objectives
  • Own DBT Cloud and data visualization tools, including Tableau
  • Continue implementation of DBT Mesh
  • Own data catalog, manage metadata additions, and ensure alignment with company needs
  • Make key metrics easily accessible to everyone, properly defined, and verified
  • Develop observability capabilities of data platform
  • Be proactive in data exploration of product data and offer insights to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to specify analytics needs based on business and technical requirements
Requirements
  • Solid experience in developing analytics components, exposed to big data architecture essentials, data modeling, data exploration, SQL queries, dashboarding, data lake, etc.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Proficient in visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, PowerBI
  • SQL, Python (pandas, matplotlib), Git, Jupyter
