Are you a detail-oriented and analytical expert looking for a challenging role in quality assurance? As a Quality Assurance Investigation Specialist at Randstad, you will play a critical part in ensuring the high quality of our products. Your responsibility will be to lead and support investigations related to quality control issues, deviations, and non-conformances in our manufacturing processes.

About the Role:

  • Lead and conduct thorough investigations into quality control issues, ensuring effective root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify solutions and implement preventive measures.
  • Provide technical expertise and support for investigations, including data analysis and risk assessment.
  • Develop and maintain investigation protocols, reports, and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality control, quality assurance, or technical support role within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of cGMP, FDA, EMA, and other regulatory requirements related to quality control.
  • Proven experience in leading complex investigations and managing CAPA processes.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Competitive Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a dynamic work environment, opportunities for growth and development, and a comprehensive benefits package.
