Job Summary
We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, to lead our sales efforts and develop structured sales strategies. As a Bioprinting Sales Strategist, you will play a key role in driving our company's growth by:
- Developing and executing proactive engagement plans with new and existing clients via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Collaborating closely with Field Application Engineers and fostering a collaborative mindset within our teams.
- Proposing and ensuring the execution of structured sales plans.
- Managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Representing the company at trade shows and professional events, with regular travel in Switzerland and internationally.
- Utilizing CRM tools to track and analyze commercial performance.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A commercial background and/or prior experience in sales, preferably in B2B sales of medical equipment or machinery.
- The ability to build long-term relationships with clients by identifying their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Experience in market analysis, segmentation, customer targeting, and competitive positioning.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, as well as the ability to coordinate different stages of the sales cycle, including administrative tasks.
- Proficiency in English (B2 or higher); knowledge of French and/or German is an advantage.
- Previous experience working with CRM and ERP systems is a strong asset.
- Initiative and autonomy in prospecting and managing business opportunities, combined with strong teamwork skills.
- The ability to understand and simplify complex issues, particularly those of a scientific or technical nature.
- Adaptability, resilience, and availability for regular travel to meet clients and partners in various settings.
