Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Effektive Bearbeitung von 2nd-Level-Störungsmeldungen
  • Strukturierte Erfassung und Klassifizierung relevanter Informationen
  • Proaktive Weiterleitung von Anfragen an zuständige Stellen
  • Ganzheitliche Betreuung und technische Unterstützung von Kunden
  • Selbstständige Koordination und Durchführung von Installations-, Konfigurations- und Wartungsaufgaben

Was Sie mitbringen:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufslehre als InformatikerIn EFZ oder eine vergleichbare qualifizierte Qualifikation
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre nachgewiesene Expertise im Bereich IT-Support in einem international tätigen Unternehmen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Hardware, Software und Netzwerktechnologien, einschliesslich nachgewiesener Erfahrung mit Active Directory
  • Praktische Erfahrung mit Datenbanken, insbesondere Oracle und MS-SQL, ist von Vorteil
  • Begeisterung für anspruchsvolle Tätigkeiten im Bereich Industrieautomation oder Anlagenbau
  • Ausgeprägte Initiative, lösungsorientierte Denkweise und Teamfähigkeit
  • Serviceorientierte, strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägtem Organisationsgeschick
  • Zwingende Beherrschung der deutschen und englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
