GLO Comms is a leading IT consultancy seeking a Messaging Architect to join their Digital Workplace Solutions department.

Job Overview

As an expert in messaging and collaboration solutions, you will be responsible for managing the Group's IT infrastructure, focusing on the evolution and operation of the messaging offer. Your expertise will be crucial in improving the quality of IT systems management for our Beneficiaries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Group's IT infrastructure, focusing on the evolution and operation of the messaging offer.
  • Design and implement technical messaging architectures (HLD, LLD).
  • Deploy technical tools and ensure their successful implementation.
  • Conduct studies and produce migration procedures to optimize administration and monitoring actions.
  • Maintain infrastructure coherence and manage capacity effectively.
  • Handle incident and change management within the team.

Expected Deliverables:

  • Technical architecture documentation for future reference.
  • Installation and operation procedures to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Workload estimates and priority management to meet deadlines.
  • Action plans and impact analysis to minimize risks.
  • Test plans to ensure quality control.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Expertise in MS Exchange and Office Suite.
  • Strong understanding of technical messaging architectures and deployment strategies.
