Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategically drive total profitable revenue and market share growth with assigned existing and new account portfolio in the Zürich region for our global hotel portfolio.
  • Create a consultative selling approach to maximize commercial opportunity.
  • Research, identify, and establish new business sales contacts, develop relationships, and revenue opportunities from existing clients.
  • Prepare a strategic account plan for each key- and prospect account.
  • Identify new prospect accounts by constant market analysis.
  • Proactively work together in global account teams.
  • Produce reports and use corresponding systems for analyzing data and preparing action plans.
  • Report to the Country Director of Sales.
Your Skills and Experiences:
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality or tourism.
  • At least 3 – 4 years' experience in sales within the hotel industry.
  • Experience in contracting and negotiating.
  • Knowledge in Yield and Revenue Management.
  • Ability to identify business opportunities, develop accounts, and close deals.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Energizing and friendly personality.
  • Fluent in MS Office.
