In this critical role, you will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of tax reports for our clients. Your expertise in banking and tax reporting will be essential in supporting our team's efforts to provide exceptional service.
Key Tasks- Review and analyze tax data to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners to facilitate efficient tax reporting.
- Implement and manage processes for coding and archiving dispatch instructions in the CIM system.
- Work closely with customer advisors to ensure seamless delivery of reports and accurate charging of fees.
- Coordinate with custodians to obtain tax certificates for DE dividend payments.
- Create detailed reports on earnings and charges for clients, as well as prepare acquisition data reports for netted customers.
- Collaborate with other departments to support tax-related projects and initiatives.
- Strong understanding of banking regulations and tax laws.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CIM and Apsys systems.
- Bilingualism in German and English, with French a plus.
