Your key responsibilities will include:
- Implementing and optimizing our camera system in parking lots
- Developing customer expertise in our product and advising on optimal use
- Providing exceptional customer support through expert advice on parking processes
- Collaborating with internal departments and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
- Refining processes through automation and continuous improvement
To excel in this role, you'll require:
- Proficiency in (Swiss) German and business-level French, with additional languages a plus
- Relevant studies in economics, social sciences, or natural sciences, or equivalent commercial training
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, customer success, or account management, preferably in a B2B software environment
- Strong customer orientation, service mentality, and effective communication skills
- Proficient handling of G-Suite, Outlook, Microsoft tools, or similar, and initial experience with CRM tools like Salesforce
