- Trend Monitoring: Analyze user behavior, detect emerging risks, and refine moderation tactics.
Requirements:
- English proficiency (minimum B2 level).
- EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residency card.
- Experience in customer support is preferred.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
