RESPONSIBILITIES
MARKET NEEDS ASSESSMENT
* Liaise with the sales and support colleagues to understand market demands and ensure our products meet these needs.
* Conduct interviews and customer visits to collect feedback, ensuring that the collected needs reflect the majority of our customer base.
* Collaborate with architects to integrate technical upgrades and refactoring to avoid any technical debt
* Work closely with field technicians and onboarding specialists to ensure seamless customer experiences.
REQUIREMENTS GATHERING
* Work alongside our R&D team to understand and execute PO tasks within the Scrum Agile framework.
* Analyze and document customer requirements, transforming them into actionable items for the development team.
* Work with graphic designer to validate the user interfaces before development
* Backlog Management: Assist in maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
* Leading role to fill and update the customer portal and user guides
* Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate clear communication between stakeholders, including developers, sales, support teams, and customers.
