La division Corporate Functions regroupe les activités non bancaires du groupe Pictet et compte plus de 600 collaborateurs. Assurées par des spécialistes connaissant parfaitement l'ensemble des lignes de métier, les fonctions centrales se répartissent en divers départements: Audit interne, Communication, Compliance, Corporate Office, Finances, Fiscalité, Juridique, Ressources humaines, Risques et Sécurité de l'information.

Au sein de l'équipe Investigation & Embargos du département Compliance Advisory & Controls/CAC (seconde ligne de défense), vous procéderez notamment au traitement des activités relatives aux sanctions internationales, à l'analyse et à la présentation de dossiers complexes ayant trait à l'AML, à la prise en charge de communications / requêtes MROS, à la réalisation de revues de second niveau pour les dossiers provenant de la première ligne de défense, à la veille presse ainsi qu'à la gestion des différents comités de lutte antiblanchiment.

Votre rôle

• Analyser et surveiller les transactions présentant un risque accru en relation avec le respect des sanctions internationales (SECO, UE et OFAC notamment) et en application de la règlementation sur la lutte contre le blanchiment d'argent et le financement du terrorisme / AML (LBA, OBA-FINMA et CDB20) et procéder au processus de clarification complémentaire auprès des gérants.

• Traiter les dossiers spécifiques en matière de sanctions et embargos en réalisant une analyse de clients nouvellement sanctionnés ou d'onboarding présentant un aspect sanctions, par exemple.

• Identifier, suivre et assurer la gestion des titres sous sanction.

• Procéder à l'analyse en cas de ségrégation nécessaire.

• Assurer une veille en matière de sanctions internationales (en particulier Suisse, Union européenne et Etats-Unis) et veiller à la mise en œuvre en cas d'abus avéré.

• Analyser les dossiers d'un point de vue matériel.

• Rédiger des documents de synthèse concernant les revues réalisées.

• Procéder aux processus de clarification nécessaires, en assurer le suivi et analyser les réponses reçues des gérants.

• Assister les gérants et tout interlocuteur interne / externe concernant notamment la gestion et le suivi de ce type de relation d'affaires.

• Former les gérants aux questions touchant aux domaines AML / des sanctions internationales.

• Présenter si nécessaire les situations comportant un risque particulier aux instances de la Banque.

• Prendre en charge les communications / requêtes MROS.

• Participer au traitement des requêtes émanant des différents interlocuteurs du département, ainsi qu'aux diverses missions d'audit.

• Participer aux projets ad hoc liés aux activités de l'équipe.

• Veiller au respect des réglementations (LBA, OBA-FINMA, CDB), notamment dans le cadre de la lutte contre le blanchiment d'argent et le financement du terrorisme (AML).

Votre profil

• Formation universitaire ou bancaire, Certificat en compliance management ou brevet d'avocat: un atout.

• Minimum 3 ans d'expérience à un poste similaire, dans une banque privée en Suisse. Intérêt marqué pour les aspects liés à la réglementation et au domaine AML en particulier, ainsi qu'aux sanctions et embargos. Très bonne connaissance de la LBA, de l'OBA-FINMA et de la Convention de diligence des banques ainsi que de sa jurisprudence.

• Organisation, précision et excellent sens de la communication.

• Solide esprit d'équipe et sens du service.

• Utilisation aisée des outils informatiques usuels, MS Office en particulier, du logiciel bancaire Avaloq et de l'application GoAML du MROS: un avantage.

• Français et anglais parlés couramment; autre langue: un plus.

• Domicile en Suisse requis.
