Un client spécialisé dans la gestion de l’impact environnemental des entreprises Business Developer (H/F) Description de l'offre - Gestion complète du cycle de vente : qualification des leads, négociation et signature des contrats - Identification d’opportunités pour promouvoir les solutions de leur client auprès des entreprises tertiaires de plus de 100 collaborateurs en région romande - Identification et contact des bons interlocuteurs, suivi et relance à chaque étape du cycle de vente - Sourcing et démarchage de prospects avec l’objectif d’obtenir des rendez-vous - Qualification des besoins des prospects et présentation du concept de la société - Pilotage des projets sur site et coordination de toutes les étapes avec les prospects qualifiés - Élaboration des propositions commerciales, négociation et finalisation des contrats Profil - Première expérience réussie en vente B2B, idéalement dans le secteur tertiaire en Suisse - Maîtrise des techniques de vente, de négociation et de closing - Capacité à gérer un cycle commercial complet de manière efficace et autonome - Expérience dans le Facility Management, le Workplace ou la gestion des déchets : un atout - Domicile en Suisse Qualités requises - Orientation forte vers les objectifs, les résultats et la performance - Autonomie, proactivité et esprit entrepreneurial marqué - Persévérance dans la prospection, le suivi et la relance - Capacité à comprendre rapidement les besoins clients et à instaurer une relation de confiance - Aptitude à valoriser un concept à forte valeur ajoutée et à mener les prospects jusqu’à la signature Discrétion absolue garantie dans nos démarches. jid39a1049afr jit1147afr jpiy25afr
