Gegründet 1460, kann sie als älteste Universität der Schweiz auf eine über 550-jährige erfolgreiche Geschichte zurückblicken. Das Fundraising-Team unterstützt das Rektorat und die Forschenden bei der Einwerbung privater Drittmittel. Hierzu dient das Ressort Fundraising als Schnittstelle zwischen den Mitgliedern der Universität und externen Förderinnen und Förderern sowie Interessierten, mit denen sie mittels zielgruppenspezifischen Veranstaltungen und Kommunikationsmitteln wie Mailings, Website und individueller Ansprache den Kontakt pflegt. Das Ressort Fundraising des Rektorats an der Universität Basel sucht per sofort (oder nach Vereinbarung) eine Hilfsassistenz für die administrative Unterstützung. Ihre Aufgaben - Datenerfassung und Datenpflege in der CRM-Datenbank Cobra - Recherche und Auswertung von (Spenden-)Daten - Unterstützung bei der Organisation von Veranstaltungen - Unterstützung beim Versand von Mailings Ihr Profil Sie studieren aktuell auf BA- oder MA-Stufe an der Universität Basel / an einer Schweizer Universität/FH. Sie sind eine einsatzfreudige, zuverlässige und verantwortungsvolle Person mit sorgfältiger und exakter Arbeitsweise sowie Freude an datenbasierten Aufgaben. Sie verfügen über solide Computerkenntnisse (Windows Office, besonders Excel) und haben ein Flair für Zahlen. Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Datenbanken und/oder SAP ist von Vorteil. Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden ihr Profil ab.
