What you will do - Steer the implementation and ongoing optimization of operational processes within Investment Management Switzerland, ensuring full compliance with legal and internal policies. - Lead and coordinate assurance activities, including external and internal audits, as well as FINMA on-sites with efficient planning and follow-up. - Foster close collaboration with internal and external partners to maintain strong service relationships and effective oversight of key agreements. - Drive improvements in control frameworks, reporting and compliance throughout Investment Management. Maintain the control framework for Investment Management. - Champion innovation through technology adoption and process digitization to enhance efficiency and decision-making. What you bring - Extensive experience in investment management operations or governance (7+ years), ideally within Switzerland’s financial sector. - Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and reporting standards for (insurance) investments. - Advanced degree in finance, business or accounting. - Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills. - Fluency in English and German.
