We are looking for our next top Talent that will join us as Financial Sales and Pricing Consultant - Diagnostics Switzerland and Point of Care Germany

What You'll Do:

- Craft Winning Bids and Support Sales: You'll be the go-to person for our sales teams, creating offers that not only stand out from the competition but also align with our strategy. You'll focus on supporting the Diagnostics business in Switzerland and the Point of Care business in Germany, while continuously looking for ways to improve processes.
- Analyze Details and Ensure Profitability: Dive into the details of the cost and pricing structure of our deals, helping us make smart financial choices. You'll verify the correctness and plausibility of calculations for contracts and tenders to achieve good profitability, working closely with our sales and finance teams.
- Uphold Standards and Secure Approvals: With a keen eye for detail, you'll ensure the standard terms and conditions within our offers are upheld, reducing risk and improving processes. You'll take responsibility for obtaining offer approvals and working out client contracts after approval.
- Leverage Data for Competitiveness: Make use of available customer profitability and pricing data to keep us ahead of the curve. You'll be ready to pivot our approach to stay competitive.
- Facilitate Team Communication: Bridge gaps between teams with your excellent communication skills, keeping everyone on the same page and moving forward. You'll document concluded contracts' data in SAP and monitor and report contract compliance.

Who You Are:

- A numbers person with an interest in economic value flows and business strategy.
- Experienced in sales, pricing, contract management, or finance, preferably in the MedTech industry.
- Comfortable working with complex quoting tools and using Power BI dashboards.
- A creative thinker who's always looking for a better way to solve problems.
- Analytical, able to make sense of complex information and turn it into action.
- A true team player who's all about winning together.
- Organized, even when the pressure is on.
- Fluent in English and German, ready to engage in a global environment.
- Knowledgeable about compliance and risk management, and ready to put that knowledge to work.
- A communicator who knows how to connect with people and build a network.
- Quick to grasp and understand complex facts.
