Für unsere Geschäftseinheit Finance & Risk suchen wir eine/n Legal Entity Accountant. Zudem übernimmst du Aufgaben in der Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung und schließt dich einem Team engagierter Fachleute an. Was wird deine Rolle sein Verwaltung der Kreditoren -und Debitorenbuchhaltung der Vontobel Gesellschaften Verarbeitung, Autorisierung und Überprüfung von Rechnungen, Bestellungen und Ausgaben gemäss den Unternehmensrichtlinien und Sicherstellung der rechtzeitigen Bezahlung fälliger Beträge Abgleich der Kreditorenbuchhaltung, um nicht sachgemässe Belastungen zu identifizieren Verarbeitung von eingehenden Zahlungen und Zuweisung auf Kundenkonten Aktiver Beitrag zur globalen Einführung von SAP S/4HANA für die Vontobel Gruppe und Mitgestaltung von zukünftigen Finanzprozesse und Kontrollen Was suchen wir? Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich der Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung Gutes Verständnis von Rechnungslegungsgrundsätzen (IFRS, CH-GAAP) sowie deren Auslegungen im Bankenbereich Erfahrungen im Bereich Accounting / Purchase-to-pay Software (insbesondere im SAP S/4 HANA und Basware) von Vorteil Höhere betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung (Universität, Fachhochschule) oder kaufmännischer Abschluss mit fachbezogener Weiterbildung im Bereich Accounting (z.B. Eidg. Fachausweis in Finanz- und Rechnungswesen, Treuhänder mit eidg. Fachausweis) Hohes Mass an Teamgeist, Eigeninitiative und Selbstorganisation Strukturierte, selbständige und exakte Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch Fliessend in Deutsch und Englisch Was bieten wir?
