We are seeking an Accounting Manager 100% with Big4 experience with expertise in accounting and finance to join a start-up environment. This temporary role in Lausanne requires a strong understanding of USGAAP principles and a proactive approach to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial reporting. Accounting Manager 100% Temporary Our client is a reputable company within the industrial sector. As a medium-sized organization, they are known for their commitment to excellence and maintaining high standards in their field. Description - Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with USGAAP standards. - Support the accounting team with month-end, quarterly and year-end close processes. - Ensure accurate financial reporting and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address accounting issues and provide solutions. - Analyze financial data and prepare detailed reports for management. - Assist with audits, including providing necessary documentation and addressing inquiries. - Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the department. - Provide expertise and guidance on USGAAP-related matters. - Ensure compliance with ASC 606 - evaluating revenue contracts with customers. Profile A successful Accounting Manager 100% USGAAP should have: - A strong educational background in accounting, finance, or a related field. - Proven expertise in USGAAP and financial reporting standards. - Experience in the industrial sector is an advantage. - Proficiency in accounting software and financial tools. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
