Job description

Objet / Raison d'être du poste :

En tant que Technicien(ne) Spécialiste en Systèmes de Contrôle-Commande, vous jouerez un rôle crucial dans la maintenance et l'optimisation des systèmes automatisés de notre entreprise. Vous serez le point de contact principal pour les clients et partenaires dans votre secteur attribué, assurant le bon fonctionnement et la disponibilité des installations de production.

Responsabilités principales :

1. Maintenance des systèmes :

- Assurer la maintenance des systèmes de contrôle-commande (matériel et logiciel) pour les niveaux 1 et 2.
- Maintenir les systèmes automatisés DCS en collaboration avec les interfaces (électrique, instrumentation, production, procédé).
- Garantir la mise à jour des documents techniques, y compris les analyses fonctionnelles.

1. Programmation et tests :

- Développer des applications automatisées (DCS) pour les projets et les modifications de maintenance.
- Effectuer les tests et validations des modifications assignées.

1. Conformité et amélioration continue :

- Appliquer les procédures, méthodes de travail, directives et standards définis pour le domaine.
- Utiliser efficacement les outils de maintenance (ex : CAPA SOFT).
- Participer au TIER 2 production sur demande ou en cas de problèmes détectés.

1. Veille technologique et gestion de projets :

- Se tenir informé des projets dans son domaine et son secteur.
- Assurer la réception et la validation technique des livrables ou modifications apportées par les projets.

1. Support technique :

- Participer à l'établissement d'une stratégie de maintenance des DCS pour optimiser la disponibilité des installations de production.
- Assurer une astreinte périodique pour les dépannages dans son domaine sur l'ensemble du site.

Qualifications

- Formation en automatisation, contrôle-commande ou domaine connexe. CFC / BTS / DUT / HES ou formation professionnelle équivalente.

Les connaissances/ expériences clés pour mener à bien ces missions sont :

- Expérience de programmation dans une industrie de process continu et batch.
- Bonnes connaissances des procédés chimiques.
- Aptitude à communiquer efficacement avec les clients et les partenaires.
- Connaissance techniques solides dans plusieurs domaines d'activités de l'automation (programmation de DCS, rédaction d'analyse fonctionnelle, connaissance des architectures)
- Capacités d'analyse et d'organisation.
- Flexibilité et faculté d'adaptation rapide.
