Unser erfolgreicher CDMO-Geschäftsbereich Drug Product Services (DPS) mit Sitz in Stein, Schweiz, bietet derzeit spannende Möglichkeiten. Ihre Aufgaben :

  1. Sie sind verantwortlich für den First level Support, Wartung und Fehlerbehebung der zugewiesenen Anlagen und Ausrüstungen, Unterstützung der Mechaniker bei der Fehlersuche und deren Behebung.
  2. Sie nehmen an Anlagenbegehungen und Inbetriebnahme Tätigkeiten teil, um eine reibungslose Übergabe der aseptischen Abfülllinie und Ausrüstungen und deren Infrastrukturen zu ermöglichen.
  3. Sie sind verantwortlich für die Ausführung, Dokumentation und Überwachung von Wartungs-, Kalibrierungs- und Inbetriebnahmeaktivitäten in Übereinstimmung mit Sicherheits- und cGMP-Anforderungen.
  4. Sie überwachen und kontrollieren automatisierte Produktionsprozesse.
  5. Sie unterstützen nachhaltige Programme, Tools und Prozesse zur Verbesserung der Anlagenbetriebsfähigkeit und deren Zuverlässigkeit.
  6. Sie weisen neue Mitarbeiter unter Einhaltung von GxP Vorgaben ein.

Ihr Anforderungsprofil :

  1. Technische Berufsausbildung als Automatiker EFZ (Elektroberechtigung nach NIV 13 oder 15 wünschenswert).
  2. Bereitschaft für Piketarbeit.
  3. Erste Berufserfahrung in der Wartung und Instandhaltung im Betrieb eines Pharmaunternehmens im GMP regulierten Umfeld.
  4. Fachwissen im Bereich der Anlagenprogrammierung Siemens Step7, TIA-Portal, sowie Emerson DeltaV von Vorteil.
  5. Kenntnisse in MS Office mit Schwerpunkt Excel, sowie SAP-PM und CMX von Vorteil.
  6. Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und Grundkenntnisse in Englisch.
