About This RoleWe are seeking a mid-senior level quality assurance specialist to lead our skilled base maintenance team and ensure that our aircraft maintenance activities meet the highest standards.
This role involves overseeing aircraft maintenance operations, collaborating with relevant departments, and acting as a certifying staff member to release aircraft into service.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a skilled base maintenance team, certifying staff to release aircraft into service, and performing double inspections.
Responsibilities- Liaising with relevant departments regarding the status and condition of aircraft systems during maintenance activities.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Acting as a certifying staff member to release aircraft into service after successful completion of maintenance activities.
- Leading a skilled base maintenance team and organizing their workload effectively.
- Reviewing and troubleshooting, testing, implementation, and maintenance activities according to Company MOE procedures.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of practical experience in base maintenance.
- EASA Part-66 Cat B1/C certification with minimum one of the following type ratings: Boeing 737 / 747 / 777 / 787 with experience as Certifying Staff.
- Leadership experience would be advantageous.
