So schaffen Sie Mehrwert durch: - Sicherstellen der diversen Abläufe in der Kundendienstorganisation - Beratung und Unterstützung der Kunden und Geschäftspartner - Förderung des Kundendienstgeschäftes durch pro-aktive Kundenbetreuung - Offertbearbeitung für Serviceverträge oder Reparaturanfragen - Entgegennahme und Disposition von Reparatur- und Service Aufträge - Laufende Überprüfung der Termine - Beratung und Weiterbildung der Geschäftspartner - Ausrüsten der Kunden und Geschäftspartner mit Werkzeug und Ersatzmaterial - Bestellwesen und Logistik für Ersatzmaterial und Zubehör - Mehrere Jahre praktische Erfahrung im internationalen technischen Kundendienst (vorzugsweise Lebensmittelindustrie) - Belastbare Persönlichkeit, Lösungsorientiert, selbstständig, strukturiert - Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung - Strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise - Eigeninitiative und Teamfähigkeit - Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher, weitere Sprache von Vorteil - Versiert im Umgang mit CAD-Programmen (z.B.
