- Preparing location analyses, taking into account relevant market and location factors - Independently or assistently evaluating real estate projects and existing properties, including profitability calculations, risk analyses, and cash flow models - Conducting regular market and competition analyses to identify trends, identify new investment opportunities, and develop strategic recommendations for action - Participation in due diligence reviews in cooperation with internal departments and external partners - Maintenance and expansion of the internal research data pool, including the preparation of relevant key figures, benchmarks, and decision-making bases - Preparing decision-making bases and presentations in the context of transactions - Actively collaborating with the external broker network, including management and communication in the context of sourcing activities Your profile - In-depth knowledge of market analysis and real estate valuation - Completed degree in architecture with a master's in real estate (e.g., HSLU, CUREM, or comparable) or - completed degree in law or economics with a master's in real estate - Very good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint - At least 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in real estate or investment - Strong analytical skills, structured approach to work, and a high degree of initiative Why us? - Dynamically growing company with flat hierarchies - A wide range of creative opportunities - Committed and motivated team - Attractive salary package - Training and development opportunities - Modern offices in a central location Notes regarding your application We look forward to receiving your application Please fill out ouronline application form and upload your complete application documents.
