Das kannst du bewegen.

- Auf der neu geschaffenen Stelle bist Du als Fachlead HOF für die Koordination der Umsetzung der HOF-Strategie der SBB in enger Abstimmung mit unseren Partnern bei SBB Infrastruktur verantwortlich.
- Du stellst die systematische Implementierung von HOF als Anforderung an das Sicherheitsmanagementsystem (SMS) der SBB Infrastruktur sicher.
- Mit unterschiedlichen Partnern innerhalb der Division Infrastruktur und divisionsübergreifend entwickelst Du die HOF-Methodik weiter, ermittelst HOF-bezogenen Verbesserungsbedarf und entwickelst und implementierst innovative, praxistaugliche Ausbildungen und Instrumente. Damit unterstützt Du die systematische Erfassung und Berücksichtigung menschlicher und organisatorischer Faktoren bei wichtigen, meist sicherheitsrelevanten Entscheidungen.
- Deine zielgruppengerechten Angebote befähigen unsere Partner im Umgang mit HOF. So optimierst Du z.B. die Interviews sowie die Berichtsvorlagen und Ausbildungen für Ereignisanalysen und das Vertrauliche Meldewesen innerhalb SBB Infrastruktur.
- Als Sparringpartner:in der Fachführung Sicherheitskultur bringst du deine Erfahrungen und Erkenntnisse im Themenschwerpunkt HOF auch in diesen Fachbereich ein.
- Weitere Projekte mit Fokus Sicherheit (z.B. zur Förderung von Safety Leadership und Resilienz) unterstützt Du mit innovativen, umsetzbaren Ideen und Entscheidungsgrundlagen.

- Du engagierst Dich für interdisziplinäre Sicherheitsfragen, und bildest Dir dank Deiner sehr guten analytischen Fähigkeiten und Deiner schnellen Auffassungsgabe eine fundierte Meinung.
- Im normativen Umfeld hast du Erfahrung und kennst Dich mit Managementsystemen (z.B. SMS) sowie im Prozessmanagement aus und arbeitest gerne systematisch.
- Du hast Freude daran und bist geübt darin, gemeinsam mit Fachleuten anderer Disziplinen innovative, praxistaugliche Instrumente, Anleitungen und Vorlagen zu entwickeln und kannst anspruchsvolle Sachverhalte allen Hierarchieebenen adressatengerecht mündlich und schriftlich vermitteln.
- Zu deiner Erfahrung zählen sehr gute Fachkenntnisse zu Human and Organisational Factors. Zudem sind Erfahrungen mit Arbeits(stellen)sicherheit und Ereignisanalysen im Bahnbetrieb von Vorteil.
- Du bringst eine Ausbildung im Bereich Mensch, Technik, Organisation (MTO) mind. auf Fachhochschulniveau mit und rundest dies idealerweise mit Zusatzausbildungen, z.B. bzgl. Risikomanagement, Sicherheit technischer Systeme bzw. Sicherheitsmanagement generell oder inhaltlich vergleichbarer Themen mit klarem Bezug zur ausgeschriebenen Stelle ab.
- Sehr gute schriftliche und mündliche Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, sowie gute Kenntnisse einer zweiten Landessprache sind vorhanden.
