Mit knapp 160 Mitarbeitenden am Standort in der Region Schaffhausen entwickelt und produziert das Unternehmen anspruchsvolle technische Lösungen für verschiedene Industriezweige. Zur Verstärkung des Finanz-Teams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte und zahlenaffine Persönlichkeit als Finance Specialist (80-100 %). Aufgabenbereich - Entwicklung und Optimierung von ERP-Systemen und Finanzprozessen - Erstellung von Analysen, Reports und Kennzahlen für Management - Eigenständige Bearbeitung der Finanzbuchhaltung und Geschäftsvorfälle - Mitwirkung bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach Standards - Unterstützung im Controlling und bei betriebswirtschaftlichen Auswertungen - Durchführung von Digitalisierungsprojekten im Finanzbereich - Verbesserung der Effizienz und Transparenz betrieblicher Abläufe Ihre Vorteile Sie profitieren von viel Gestaltungsfreiraum und Eigenverantwortung in einem innovativen Arbeitsumfeld mit flachen Hierarchien.
