Specialist Data Management (m/w) 80-100% Location: ZurichWorkload: 80-100% Responsibilities Co‑design and monitor bank‑wide data product standards and processes. Work closely with representatives from front office business units and supporting functions such as legal, compliance, finance, operations, Enterprise Architecture, and IT. Enable and co‑create business data models following company, industry, and architectural standards. Qualifications • Earned a university degree or equivalent, preferably in science, business informatics, banking or finance. • Several years of experience in metadata management, data dictionary, information architecture, data lineage, data modelling, and business glossary. • Proven track record in the financial industry / banking industry. • Experience with data modelling and data management tools. • Strong collaboration and influencing skills; ability to build effective stakeholder networks across divisions and regions. • Comfortable challenging the status quo and managing escalations at all levels. • Strong teamwork, fun to work with, and drives change naturally. • Fluent in English; German would be an advantage.
