Verantwortung: - Unterstützung der Mitarbeitenden bei IT-Anliegen im First- und Second-Level-Support - Betreuung der Windows-Clients, Arbeitsplatzsysteme, Drucker und Peripherie - Benutzer- und Rechteverwaltung in Active Directory / Entra sowie On- und Offboarding von Mitarbeitenden - Mitarbeit an Rollouts, Systemeinführungen und Go-Lives - Anwenderschulungen und Support im Umgang mit Microsoft 365 und IT-Applikationen - Pflege von Dokumentationen und Übersichten, operative Unterstützung bei Beschaffungen - Aktive Beteiligung an Projekten zur Weiterentwicklung der IT-Infrastruktur Qualifikationen: - Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder gleichwertige Qualifikation - Erfahrung in der Administration und Betreuung von Windows-Clients, Microsoft 365 und verwandten Systemen - Kenntnisse in Windows Server sowie in der Benutzer- und Rechteverwaltung - Analytisches Denkvermögen, technisches Verständnis und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise - Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse, Französisch von Vorteil - Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der Schweiz sowie Führerausweis Kat.
