En tant que Tech Lead Fullstack, vous aurez un rôle clé au sein de notre centre d'expertise en apportant votre expertise technique et votre leadership sur des projets innovants.

Votre mission consistera à accompagner nos équipes, structurer nos bonnes pratiques et assurer l'alignement technologique des projets fullstack pour nos clients.

?Votre mission

En tant que Tech Lead Fullstack, vous serez responsable de :

Définir et encadrer l'architecture des projets en apportant votre expertise sur Java, Node.js et Angular/React.

Encadrer et accompagner les développeurs en les aidant à monter en compétences et à adopter les meilleures pratiques.

Piloter l'industrialisation du code (CI/CD, qualité du code, automatisation, documentation, bonnes pratiques DevOps).

Participer aux choix technologiques et à l'évolution des stacks utilisées dans les projets.

Garantir la robustesse et la scalabilité des applications développées.

Collaborer avec les équipes métiers et architectes pour comprendre les besoins et proposer des solutions adaptées.

Intervenir ponctuellement sur des missions clients, en apportant votre expertise et votre leadership.

? Votre profil

? Expérience : Vous avez une expérience de 5 à 10 ans en développement fullstack avec une première expérience en tant que Tech Lead ou Architecte.

? Management : Vous avez déjà encadré une équipe, que ce soit dans un rôle formel de manager ou en tant que référent technique.

? Langues : Français et Anglais courants (obligatoires).

? Stack technique :

Backend : Java (Spring Boot), Node.js.

Frontend : Angular ou React.

Outils & Méthodologies : Git, CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI), Docker, Kubernetes, microservices, architecture scalable.

Cloud : Expérience sur AWS, Azure ou GCP est un plus.

Méthodologie : Agile/Scrum, DevOps.

Excellente capacité de communication et de leadership.

Forte capacité à prendre des décisions et à fédérer une équipe.

Autonomie, rigueur et sens de l'organisation.

Esprit d'innovation et veille technologique.
