Open new securities and financial instruments, including securities, funds, commodities, and treasury (manual and semi-automatic); 2. Modify existing values and financial instruments (manual and semi-automatic); 3. Close expired, inactive, and zero values and financial instruments (manual); 4. Control and monitor securities based on daily, EOM (End of Month), EOY (End of Year), and specific lists; 5. Monitor the updating of prices and ensure timely corrections when discrepancies occur; 6. Oversee the quality control of information transferred to the database and address inconsistencies proactively; 7. Lead process optimization initiatives for securities and financial instruments operations, identifying areas for efficiency gains and implementing best practices; 8. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve operational accuracy; 9. Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders regarding the integration of new financial instruments and database updates; 10. Develop and maintain documentation for processes, ensuring alignment with regulatory and organizational standards; 11. Provide strategic input on system enhancements, liaising with IT and external providers to prioritize and implement changes; 12. Participate in project management activities, including planning, resource allocation, and progress reporting for initiatives related to securities and financial instrument operations; Qualifications 1. At least a CFC in Banking; 2. Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar position; 3. Knowledge of data tools such as Telekurs, Bloomberg, Reuters, GT Data; 4. Proficient in Excel, knowledge of Access a plus; 5. Very good interpersonal skills and team spirit; 6. Autonomous, rigorous, trustworthy & stress resistant; Additional Information Jump on the boat 1.
