La division Corporate Functions du groupe Pictet regroupe les activités non bancaires et compte plus de 600 collaborateurs. Assurées par des spécialistes connaissant parfaitement l'ensemble des lignes de métier, les fonctions centrales se répartissent en divers départements: Audit interne, Communication, Compliance, Corporate Office, Finances, Fiscalité, Juridique, Ressources humaines, Risques et Sécurité de l'information.

La mission du département Fiscalité Groupe, basé à Genève, consiste à gérer la fonction fiscale du Groupe conformément aux lois et réglementations existantes et futures, en mettant en œuvre un cadre de contrôle des risques approprié et une gestion fiscale proactive pour protéger la réputation du Groupe, en offrant à nos clients une expérience fiscalement avantageuse et en maintenant des relations équitables avec les autorités fiscales.

Nous recherchons actuellement un/e FATCA, CRS & QI Officer ayant une expérience significative dans la conformité fiscale américaine et les opérations bancaires. A ce rôle, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la supervision du cadre de conformité FATCA, en collaboration étroite avec les acteurs des départements du front, des risques, des opérations, de la fiscalité et du juridique.

Votre rôle

Gestion du cadre de conformité

- Développer et mettre en œuvre des politiques, procédures et processus pour assurer la conformité avec FATCA, CRS & QI.

- Revoir périodiquement l'adéquation du cadre de conformité et le respect de l'accord FFI et QI.

- Participer à l'exécution des certifications de conformité FATCA et QI pour les entités du Groupe concernées.

- Contribuer à l'établissement et à l'actualisation d'un programme de conformité, corriger les défaillances matérielles et prévenir leur récurrence.

- Contribuer à identifier et à reporter à l'IRS tout événement de défaut ou défaillance matérielle

- Contribuer à répondre aux demandes de vérification de la conformité de l'accord FFI et QI par l'IRS.

- Effectuer des procédures de révision spécifiques si demandé par l'IRS.

Supervision transversale du processus de classification des clients et de production des rapports

- Assurer l'exécution satisfaisante des processus quotidiens (incluant l'identification, la classification et la codification) soutenant la conformité et les exigences des rapports FATCA, CRS & QI.

- Piloter le processus de reporting FATCA, CRS & QI annuel dans le respect des délais et exigences des autorités fiscales concernées.

Contrôles et gestion des risques

- Définir et revoir régulièrement un cadre de contrôle pour assurer la conformité avec les réglementations FATCA, CRS & QI.

- Effectuer des évaluations transversales et complètes des risques et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de limitation des risques appropriées.

- Documenter le cadre de contrôle, les évaluations des risques et les activités de conformité.

Votre profil

Formation et expérience

- Diplôme universitaire en administration des affaires, finance, ingénierie ou équivalent.

- Minimum 10 ans d'expérience dans les services financiers, avec un accent sur la conformité fiscale américaine, le reporting réglementaire, ou à une fonction similaire.

- Expérience démontrée dans la gestion des activités et processus complets de conformité.

Compétences techniques

- Solide compréhension des réglementations FATCA, CRS et QI, y compris les obligations de reporting et de retenue.

- Esprit d'analyse pour identifier les risques de conformité et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de limitation des risques efficaces.

- Capacité à rester informé/e des changements réglementaires et à adapter les programmes de conformité en conséquence.

Leadership et communication

- Capacité à diriger des équipes transversales pour assurer le respect des réglementations FATCA, CRS & QI.

- Compétences en gestion de projet pour superviser le processus de reporting FATCA, CRS & QI annuel.

- Capacité à communiquer clairement et de manière concise les exigences réglementaires complexes aux différents acteurs.

Langues et localisation

- Excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais.

- Domicile en Suisse ou volonté de s'y établir.

- Ouverture aux déplacements.
