Our client is a global industrial group managing operations across several continents. The organization is currently undergoing a major HR and systems modernization program aimed at harmonizing payroll processes and improving efficiency across its international network. Description Support payroll teams by preparing, validating, and finalizing monthly payrolls while ensuring compliance and data accuracy. Coordinate expatriate payrolls with local partners, validate variable data, resolve discrepancies, and contribute to monthly closings by correcting anomalies and producing consolidated social and HR reports. Administer, configure, and optimize HRIS to strengthen payroll and HR operations, manage access rights, safeguard sensitive data, and proactively troubleshoot technical or functional issues. Train payroll administrators and HR users through documentation, workshops, and hands-on support, acting as the main point of contact for all technical or functional payroll inquiries. Drive payroll-related projects by defining functional requirements, conducting testing and user acceptance validation, and coordinating system migration initiatives within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Build and refine HR dashboards and performance indicators while streamlining reporting tools and methodologies to improve accuracy, consistency, and usability. Profile - Flexible and willing to travel internationally up to 50% of working time. - Holds a degree or certification in Payroll, HR Management, or a related field, with strong interest in systems and process optimization. - Brings at least 5 years' experience in payroll administration and HRIS management in an international or industrial setting. - Demonstrates solid knowledge of payroll processes, data integrity, compliance, and ideally multi-country payrolls. - Proficient in at least one major HRIS or payroll system. - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Strong interpersonal and training skills, engaging diverse stakeholders. - Fluent in French with a B2 level of English.
