Chief Information Security Manager

Ihre Aufgaben:
- Strategische Verantwortung für Informationssicherheit: Sie entwickeln und implementieren eine umfassende IT-Sicherheitsstrategie und stellen sicher, dass die ISO27001-Standards erstellt und eingehalten werden; gleichzeitig erstellen und pflegen Sie das Information Security Management System (ISMS), erarbeiten Richtlinien und Konzepte und harmonisieren Prozesse und Systeme;
- Beratung und Risikomanagement: Sie beraten die Geschäftsleitung sowie IT- und Fachabteilungen in allen Sicherheitsfragen, führen Risiko- und Schutzbedarfsanalysen durch und unterstützen das Management bei der Geschäftskontinuität; zusätzlich planen und koordinieren Sie Penetrationstests in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern, leiten regelmässig IT-Security Committee Meetings und unterstützen die Sales Organisation bei der Erstellung von Angeboten;
- Operative Sicherheitsverantwortung: Sie tragen die Verantwortung für die Bearbeitung von Sicherheitsvorfällen, die Umsetzung von Sicherheitsmassnahmen sowie die Aufrechterhaltung der ISO-Zertifizierung; dazu gehört auch die Überwachung und Optimierung bestehender Sicherheitsmassnahmen sowie die Betreuung physischer Sicherheitssysteme wie Zutrittskontrollen;
- Schulung und Awareness-Programme: Sie fördern das Sicherheitsbewusstsein innerhalb des Unternehmens, indem Sie Schulungen und Sensibilisierungskampagnen organisieren und durchführen; dabei evaluieren und optimieren Sie regelmässig die Security Awareness im gesamten Unternehmen.
Ihr Profil:
Sie verfügen über eine langjährige Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position, sei es als IT-Security Officer, IT-Security Manager, CISO oder Ähnliches. Sie besitzen einen Hochschulabschluss (BSc/MSc) in IT-Security, Informatik und/oder Wirtschaftsinformatik und zeigen Freude und Begeisterung im täglichen Kundenkontakt. Mit Ihrem breiten Kompetenzspektrum im Bereich IT-Security Management fühlen Sie sich an der Schnittstelle zwischen IT und Business besonders wohl. Sie sind vertraut mit den ISO 27000-Standards und haben bereits praktische Erfahrung in deren Umsetzung gesammelt. Ihre Kommunikationsstärke ermöglicht es Ihnen, sicher und überzeugend mit Stakeholdern auf allen hierarchischen Ebenen zu interagieren. Durch Eigeninitiative, Engagement sowie teamorientierte Denk- und Arbeitsweise sind Sie bei tadellosem Auftreten ein geschätzter Ansprechpartner. Sie verfügen über verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
