Was dich erwartet Als Praktikant:in im Bereich AI / Machine Learning arbeitest du aktiv in unserem AI-Team mit und erhältst einen praxisnahen Einblick in moderne AI- und GenAI-Lösungen: - Mitarbeit in spannenden AI Projekten für unsere Kunden, von den ersten Ideen bis zur Umsetzung - Unterstützung bei Data Exploration, Datenaufbereitung und einfachen Analysen - Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung von AI- und ML-Prototypen (z. B. Proof-of-Concepts) - Kennenlernen verschiedener AI und ML Ansätze, von klassischem Machine Learning bis zu Generative AI Use Cases - Mitarbeit bei GenAI-Themen wie Chatbots, Assistenzsystemen oder einfachen RAG-Architekturen - Unterstützung bei der Implementierung von AI-Logik in Python - Mitarbeit bei Backend-Services rund um AI-Anwendungen (z. B. einfache APIs mit FastAPI) - Einblicke in Cloud-basierte AI-Lösungen, primär in der Azure Cloud - Kennenlernen von MLOps-Grundlagen wie Versionierung von Modellen, einfache Deployments oder Monitoring - Zusammenarbeit in interdisziplinären Projektteams mit erfahrenen AI-/ML- und Software-Engineers Was du mitbringst Das bringst du schon mit - Universitärer Masterabschluss in Informatik; Masterarbeit im Bereich AI von Vorteil - Grundkenntnisse in Python und Software Engineering, Fähigkeit sauberen, wartbaren Code zu schreiben und Entwicklungsprozesse zu verstehen - Grundverständnis für Daten, Algorithmen und technische Zusammenhänge - Analytisches Denken und Freude an der Arbeit mit komplexen Fragestellungen - Hohe intrinsische Motivation, dich kontinuierlich und eigenständig mit aktuellen AI-Themen, Technologien und Tools auseinanderzusetzen - Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse Warum ein Praktikum bei ti&m?
