Director Finance Fertigungsunternehmen (Schweiz / Deutschland) Für einen unserer Kunden, ein namhaftes produzierendes Unternehmen im Raum Schaffhausen und Stuttgart, suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n Senior Manager / Director Finance (Standort flexibel CH / D). Das Unternehmen Unser Kunde ist ein etabliertes Unternehmen spezialisiert auf die Herstellung hochwertiger Anlagen und Komponenten für industrielle Anwendungen. Mit jahrzehntelanger Erfahrung bietet es massgeschneiderte Lösungen für Kunden aus verschiedenen Branchen und setzt dabei auf höchste Qualität, Innovation und Präzision. Ein engagiertes Team aus Experten arbeitet kontinuierlich an der Weiterentwicklung von Produkten und Prozessen, um den steigenden Anforderungen des Marktes gerecht zu werden. Ihre Aufgaben - Führung der Finanzen des Unternehmens, einschliesslich Buchhaltung, Jahres- und Monatsabschlüsse nach OR und IFRS, Finanzierungen, Finanzkommunikation und Controlling - Optimierung und Sicherstellung von HR-Prozessen und Unterstützung der Payroll - Monatsreporting im konzernweiten Reportingtool (TM1) auf Basis IFRS - Strategische Beratung zur Optimierung von Abläufen, Durchführung von Abweichungsanalysen und Erarbeitung von Maßnahmenempfehlungen - Überwachung des finanziellen Projektmanagements und Berechnung des Percentage of Completion (POC) entsprechend des Projektfortschritts - Liquiditätsplanung, Budgetierung und KPI-gestützte Steuerung der Rentabilität - Implementierung und Führung des internen Kontrollsystems (IKS) - Ansprechpartner für Banken, Wirtschaftsprüfer, Steuer- und Sozialversicherungsthemen Anforderungen - Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen / Controlling oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation - Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position, in einem produzierenden Unternehmen - Erfahrung als finanzverantwortliche Person in multifunktionalem Führungsteam eines Unternehmens mit entsprechender Gestaltungsverantwortung - Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse in der Jahresabschlusserstellung sowie idealerweise im Steuerrecht - Sehr gutes Know-How in Microsoft Office (v.a.
