Über die Rolle In dieser vielseitigen Position innerhalb der Abteilung Enablement (DOPF) leiten Sie komplexe Projekte im Bereich Diagnostics Direct Procurement. Sie sind die treibende Kraft bei der Entwicklung und Digitalisierung modernster Einkaufsprozesse und stellen durch fundierte Datenanalysen sicher, dass unsere Entscheidungen auf Fakten basieren. Sie arbeiten in einem dynamischen Team von 9 Personen und agieren an der Schnittstelle zu globalen Stakeholdern. Ihre Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten - Projektleitung: Entwicklung und Ausführung umfassender Projektpläne (Zeitplan, Budget, Ressourcen) unter Anwendung von Agile-, Scrum- oder Waterfall-Methoden. - Prozessoptimierung: Kontinuierliche Verbesserung und Automatisierung der Beschaffungslandschaft sowie Implementierung von Best Practices. - Digitalisierung: Nutzung moderner digitaler Technologien und Tools (z.B. eAuctions), um effiziente und konforme Sourcing-Prozesse voranzutreiben. - Data Intelligence: Durchführung von Datenanalysen und Erstellung wöchentlicher/monatlicher Berichte zur Unterstützung der Governance und Pipeline-Transparenz. - Stakeholder Management: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partnern über verschiedene Funktionen hinweg (Supply Chain, Finanzen, Qualität). - Risikomanagement: Proaktive Identifikation von Projektrisiken und Entwicklung effektiver Minderungsstrategien. Qualifikationen Ihr Profil - Ausbildung: Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (vorzugsweise Ingenieurwesen, Wirtschaft, Finanzen oder Life Sciences). - Berufserfahrung: Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Einkauf oder Supply Chain, idealerweise in der Pharma- oder Medizintechnikbranche. - Projektmanagement: Mindestens 3 Jahre fundierte Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer Projekte inklusive Risikomanagement und Reporting. - Fachwissen: Expertise in strategischem Sourcing, Lieferantenmanagement und Kenntnisse der wichtigsten Kostenhebel in globalen Matrixorganisationen. - Analytik-Stärke: Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten in der Datenanalyse (Data Intelligence) unter Nutzung von KI-Tools und Visualisierungssoftware (z.B. Tableau, Qlikview). - IT-Kenntnisse: Sicherer Umgang mit Enterprise-Systemen (SAP/Oracle) sowie Procurement-Tools (z. B. GEP, Ariba). - Sprachen: Verhandlungssicheres Englisch (Deutsch ist ein Plus).
