Ihre Aufgaben: - Sie fungieren als IT Business Analyst in einer Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Corporate IT, internen Kunden aus den Fachbereichen und externen Partnern - Sie sind verantwortlich für die Analyse und Optimierung von bestehenden Geschäftsprozessen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren internen Kunden - Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört das Eigenverantwortliches Erstellen von User Stories als Vorgabe für die Softwareentwicklung sowie aktive Mitarbeit in der Sprint Planung im Umfeld von agilen Teams - Sie koordinieren die Zusammenarbeit mit einem internationalen Team, um Prozesse und Lösungen zu entwickeln und zu verbessern, welche eine effiziente und effektive Nutzung des ERP-Systems innerhalb der Organisation fördern - Sie analysieren Problemstellungen/Anfragen aus den weltweiten Standorten und bringen eigenständige Lösungen ein Ihr Profil: - Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt IT - Sie besitzen Analyse- und Konzeptionsstärke sowie ein sehr gutes Prozessverständnis und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Problemstellungen zielorientiert zu lösen - Sie haben idealerweise Erfahrung mit MES und ERP Systemen - Sie verfügen über eine ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Durchsetzungsstärke - Sie haben gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift #J-18808-Ljbffr
