FP&A Analyst

We are now looking for a curious, analytical, and detail-driven FP&A Analyst to support our Finance Leadership Team, helping drive data-led insights and strategic financial decision-making across our multinational business.

Responsibilities

• In this role, you will play a key part in our weekly and monthly financial reporting cycles, turning complex data into valuable commercial insight.
• Working with large data sets extracted from SAP ERP to support weekly and monthly reporting
• Weekly sales performance by division and country
• Weekly open orders (SAP) and CRM opportunities (Salesforce)
• Production of divisional P&Ls during period close
• Consolidation of annual budget returns from each division/country
• Supporting Finance Leadership with data to address investor/advisor questions
• Working with budget holders (e.g. Marketing & IT) to analyse, monitor and optimise spend
• Completing ad-hoc analysis for business or investor requests

Candidate Requirements

• We're looking for someone who is comfortable with data, proactive in problem-solving, and confident communicating across the business.
• Comfortable working with large data sets and creating insightful reports
• Finance and accounting specialist or higher business management training
• Professional experience in accounting, preferably in a similar function
• SAP experience essential
• Solid understanding of financial principles, tax regulations, and accounting standards
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in English

Working Model

• This role is offered on a hybrid basis with 2-3 days a week on site.
