- You are available ASAP. - You have an experience in Reconciliation in Banks, even a small one (ok juniors) About Our Client A private bank. Job Description Main Responsibilities - Process and monitor daily cash, securities, and fund reconciliations within defined timelines. - Investigate and resolve outstanding items in collaboration with internal teams. - Ensure accuracy and compliance with internal procedures and operational guidelines. - Produce periodic reports for management and relevant departments. - Support various projects and process improvements within the reconciliation area. - Identify potential risk areas and elevate issues when necessary. The Successful Applicant Your Profile - Bachelor's degree, ideally in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration. - First experience or internship in banking operations or reconciliations is an advantage. - Good command of Excel and MS Office tools. - Knowledge of Swift and reconciliation systems such as GTExchange or GTMatch is a plus. - Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail. - Reliable, curious, and able to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment. - Team player with strong communication skills. - Resident in Switzerland.
