Key Responsibilities - Provide administrative and organisational support to senior Legal leaders - Manage calendars, meetings, travel and expense reports - Prepare agendas, minutes and meeting documentation - Coordinate electronic signatures and ensure proper document filing - Maintain SharePoint/Teams sites and internal documentation - Support onboarding of new joiners and Legal communication activities - Assist with training coordination, surveys and internal processes - Handle internal and external correspondence - Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across the Legal team Profile - Experience in administrative support in a legal, compliance or corporate environment - Strong organisational skills and attention to detail - Good communication skills and service-oriented mindset - Proficient in MS Office, Teams, Zoom and document management tools - Fluent in English; German is an asset
