Als Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung sind Sie enger Sparringpartner des CEO und verantworten die Umsätze sowie die Absatz- und Margenziele für alle Märkte. In dieser Rolle haben Sie die Möglichkeit, gestaltend tätig zu sein und die Unternehmensstrategie mitzuprägen. Dabei werden Sie von einem Team mit insgesamt siebzehn Mitarbeitenden unterstützt. Neben Marketingaktivitäten und Produktentwicklungen sind Sie vor allem mit dem strategischen Ausbau neuer Absatzkanäle im Detailhandel, Fachhandel und Export beschäftigt. Sie führen mit Methodenstärke Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen durch, entwickeln die Eigenmarken, legen Preisstrukturen fest, planen Kommunikationsmassnahmen und pflegen Kunden- und Handelspartnerschaften im In- und Ausland. Sie verfügen über einen: respektive einen gleichwertigen Abschluss in Verkauf, Marketing oder einem verwandten Bereich. Unabdingbar für diese Position ist ein langjähriger Führungs- und Erfolgsausweis im internationalen Verkauf und Marketing innerhalb der Lebensmittel-, Getränke- oder Konsumgüterbranche. Ausgeprägte Führungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten zeichnen Sie ebenso aus wie Innovationsfähigkeit, Kreativität sowie unternehmerisches und operatives Handeln. Mit Ihrem sicheren und authentischen Auftreten vertreten Sie das Unternehmen auf internationaler Ebene. Deutsch ist Ihre Muttersprache und Sie verfügen über verhandlungssicheres Englisch.
