Netzwerkbetrieb: Betrieb und Betreuung anspruchsvoller Netzwerk-Infrastrukturen unserer Kunden. - ? Planung & Koordination: Durchführung und Planung von Changes im Netzwerkbereich. - ? Support: Bearbeitung technischer Anfragen und Störungen - lösungsorientiert und effizient. - ? Pikett-Team: Quartalsweise Übernahme von Bereitschaftsdiensten. Unsere Anforderungen - Dein Können: - ? Ausbildung & Erfahrung: Technische Ausbildung mit fundierter Erfahrung in Cisco Routing, Switching und WLAN-Produkten. - ? Zertifizierung: Gültige Cisco CCNA oder CCNP Zertifizierung sowie Kenntnisse im ITIL-Prozessmanagement. - ? Arbeitsweise: Hohe Selbstständigkeit, Eigenverantwortung und ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung. - ?? Sprachkenntnisse: Professionelle Kommunikation in Deutsch und Englisch.
